They excel on their own and have a lot of unique builds to choose from, especially for Greater Rift pushing. In all, shadow impale is suited for returning players who are havent touched dh for multiple seasons (even back to when shadow wasnt viable) and not planning to go higher than 100.įor casuals i highly recommend unhallowed essence multishot, despite it's my personal most hated build. Demon Hunters are great to start a season (or the game) with and farm lower difficulties like T16 Nephalem Rifts and Bounties extremely quickly due to their amazing mobility. also highly sensible to network hiccoughs, more than other dh builds, a latency >100ms makes vault uncontrollable.whilst having good single target damage fit for the role of RGK, the scaling worsen the higher the levels you climb (trouble hits just over 100), nowhere close to your S tier RGK like heaven's fury crusader or firebird mirror image. for group play, highly dependent on teammate's defensive support and trash clearing.extremely susceptible to be one-shotted by nemesis summoning (again due to mob density per square metre, attacking right after spawning).very reliant on area damage which is hard to gear for.too many trash mobs while not enough packs. ![]() illusionist, too many targets blocking the main target that makes it hard to kill.it's only good at killing single target makes it extremely dependent on afflix combo/density/tileset.įor example, you'll have to give up a pack for various reasons: Shadow impale is your typical "diesel car" build, very strong at the start, but looses strength mid tier (>90) because has several major flaws. ![]()
